Manual core cutter machines

Manual cutter is a cost-effective option for many converters which can easily cut paper cores in different lengths and diameters. It’s ideal for low volume core cutting applications and the core is cut manually in a dust free mode by a high quality circular knife. The manual core cutter is simple to operate, first slide the parent core onto the mandrel, and then set up the end-stop to control the width of the cores cuts. Finally press the start button, use the handle to lower the knife and cut the core.

Semi-automatic core cutting machines

Semi-automatic cutter is a effective and quick operation to cut paper cores with different lengths and diameters, the whole cutting process is accurate and clean. The parent core is pushed by hand to a pneumatic chuck and gripped by a pneumatically mechanical gripper. The paper core is drawn into the cutting machine and the required number of cuts and the cut length are programmed into the computer before cutting, the servo positioning system advances the core under the knife, then press “start” button to activate an intelligent slitting software and complete the instructions automatically.

Fully automatic core cutters

Fully automatic cutter is designed to automatically cut paper cores and it’s well suited for high productivity at minimum labor. Operator can easily programme variable core lengths and quantities of cores to be slit via control panel. The cutting system use a pneumatically cutting knife which can even cut through the hardest of core materials. All you need to do is to press the start button, the mother cores on stock will be loaded one by one and cut into required sections.
