Due to its property of resistance to light, oxygen, moisture and lower cost, aluminum foil is suitable for extensively industrial applications such as insulation, packaging, and basis for aluminum tape.

In the slitting and rewinding process of Aluminum foil, especially for some foil slitters with high speed, the damaged of Aluminum foil usually occurs by slip issues.
