TPU Film Slitting

As a replacement for the PVC, Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) film is a kind of environmental protection materials with excellent properties of high tensile strength and toughness, good aging resistance. TPU films can be used as a standalone or composite material for various applications such as shoes, inflatable toys, medical equipment, etc.

TPU film slitting machine consists of unwind section, traction section, cutting section, rewind section, web guiding and detection system and tension control system. The common widths of TPU film(including TPU polyester film and TPU polyether film) are 1.37m and 1.53m, thickness ranges from 0.015 to 5.0mm. Slitter rewinders are used to cut large rolls of materials into narrower rolls to meet the actual needs.
